INTERNALISASI NILAI-NILAI KARAKTER SISWA PADA PONDOK PESANTREN MADRASAH ALIYAH SYAMSUL HUDA DESA TEGALLINGGAH –SUKASADA-BULELENG-BALI

The aims of this study were: 1) To find out the conditions of student character learning at Madrasa Aliyah Syamsul Huda (Masda) Tegallinggah Village, 2) To find out the internalization of student character values at Madrasa Aliyah Syamsul Huda (Masda) Tegallinggah Village. Data on the Internalization of Student Character Values The aims of this study were: 1) To find out the learning conditions of student character at Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda (Masda) Tegallinggah Village, 2) To find out the internalization of student character values at Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda (Masda) Tegallinggah Village. Data on the Internalization of Character Values of Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda (MASDA) Students in Tegallinggah Village, Buleleng were collected through observation, interviews, literature and documentation. Data analysis using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results of the data analysis show that the conditions for student character learning at Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda are going well. Internalization of Character Education Values in Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda students through extra-curricular activities (Scouts, Student Council, PMR,), Singing the Indonesia Raya song, Singing Madrasah Mars, Praying together, Congregational Prayers, and Flag Ceremonies. This shows from the results of research observations, that at Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda there has been a process of systemic internalization of character values both non-academic and academically within the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda (MASDA) Tegallinggah-Buleleng Village.

GERAKAN PRAMUKA SEBAGAI SARANA PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DI MTS NW BENYER LOMBOK TIMUR

The purpose of this research is to identify the kinds of moral principles that may be cultivated through scout extracurriculars, the strategies for cultivating students' character education through scout extracurriculars, and the obstacles to character education in these contexts. The 45 participants are doing their research at MTs NW Benyer in East Lombok. This study is qualitative in nature, employing descriptive techniques such as interviews, observations, and written records. Data gathering, data presentation, data reduction, and data conclusions were all parts of an interactive data analysis process. The findings of this study suggest that participation in scouting extracurriculars can help shape nine distinct character traits, including a commitment to religious beliefs, discipline, care, environmental stewardship, tolerance, honesty, creativity, independence, and responsibility. Four scouting strategies are used to help shape kids' personalities through scout education: Both types of group systems (cooperating and competing) encourage students to be loyal and to be able to train themselves to be responsible people and to value more time in completing assignments; the three activities that are interesting and challenging encourage students to have a sense of curiosity so that they try to do some of each; and learning by doing makes it easier for students to gain knowledge so that they can quickly analyze a science because it is practiced directly.

This thesis is entitled Traditional Sanctions for Underage Rape Perpetrators in Pasemah Traditional Village with Pasemah Customary Law (perspective of Child Protection Law Articles 81 and 82). The background of this research is the imbalance in giving sanctions to the perpetrators of rape in the Pasemah Traditional Village. The purpose of this study was to find out the system of imposing customary sanctions for perpetrators of rape in the Adat Pasemah Village, to find out the views of the community regarding the customary sanctions given to perpetrators of rape in the Traditional Village of Pasemah, and to find out the suitability of customary sanctions for perpetrators of rape with the sanctions contained in Articles 81 and 82 of the Child Protection Act. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with data collection methods in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation studies. And this research was conducted in Pasemah Village, Kelam Tengah District, Kaur Regency, Bengkulu. Based on the research that has been done, the researchers found a discrepancy between the traditional sanctions given to the perpetrators of rape and the sanctions contained in the Child Protection Act articles 81 and 82. Some people think that the customary sanctions given to the perpetrators of rape are not in accordance with the sanctions in the legal system national law.

LARANGAN PERKAWINAN SESAMA MARGA PARNA DALAM HUKUM ADAT BATAK TOBA (Studi Kasus di Kecamatan Alam Barajo Kota Jambi)

This thesis is entitled Prohibition of Same-Marga Parna Marriage in Toba Batak Customary Law (Case Study in Alam Barajo District, Jambi City). This goal is motivated by differences in perspective between Batak customary law and national marriage law related to the rules of the marriage system, the prohibition on same-marga parna marriage which has become a tradition that continues to be preserved by the Batak indigenous people of Jambi City until now it is a phenomenon worthy of research. The purposes of this study (1) To find out and understand the implementation of the prohibition on same-marga parna marriages in Batak Toba customary law in Alam Barajo District, Jambi City (2) To know and understand the sanctions given to indigenous peoples who violate the prohibition on same-marga parna marriages in Alam Barajo District, Jambi City (3) To find out whether the marriage system according to Toba Batak customary law in Alam Barajo District, Jambi City is in accordance with the marriage system according to national law. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with data collection methods in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The location of this research was conducted in Alam Barajo District, Jambi City. Based on this research, the researchers found that there was a significant difference in perspective between the national marriage law (Law no. 1 of 1974) and Batak customary law. However, it was also found that there was compatibility between the national marriage law and Batak customary law regarding marriage rules.
