PENGEMBANGAN PERANGKAT LUNAK PENGUJIAN INSTRUMEN ASESMEN PEMBELAJARAN
Abstract
kan Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha menjadi pusat
transaksi informasi pendidikan, paling tidak untuk wilayah Bali dan sekitarnya. Mahasiswa Universitas
Pendidikan Ganesha datang dari berbagai daerah. Bahkan untuk program pascasarjana, mahasiswa
ada yang berstatus dosen, guru, kepala sekolah, pengawas sekolah, pengelola lembaga pendidikan,
tenaga kependidikan . Mahasiswa tersebut merupakan agen-agen perubahan yang handal di bidang
pendidikan, sehingga memiliki peran yang amat strategis dalam pembinaan pendidikan nasional.
Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha telah memiliki portal web e-learning sebagai media pertukaran
informasi pendidikan. Portal tersebut sudah dilengkapi dengan berbagai materi dari para dosen atau
bahkan mahasiswa. Bila portal web tersebut dilengkapi dengan fasilitas layanan lain yang diperlukan
dunia pendidikan, seperti perangkat lunak pengujian instrumen penelitian kuantitatif, maka peran
Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha sebagai pusat transaksi informasi pendidikan semakin lengkap.
Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan perangkat lunak pengujian instrumen penelitian kuantitatif yang
dapat digunakan oleh guru, mahasiswa calon guru, atau praktisi pendidikan lainnya. Perangkat lunak
ini dapat digunakan dengan mudah, dan bahkan pemakai tidak harus memiliki kemampuan evaluasi
yang memadai. Hasil pengujian yang diberikan mencakup validitas instrumen, reliabilitas instrumen,
serta perhitungan lain yang dipandang perlu. Instrumen yang diuji dapat berupa instrumen dikotomi
atau politomi

Abstract
This research is based on the idea of making Ganesha University of Education a center for
educational information transactions, at least for Bali and its surroundings. Ganesha University of
Education students come from various regions. Even for postgraduate programs, there are students
who have the status of lecturers, teachers, principals, school supervisors, managers of educational
institutions, education staff. These students are reliable agents of change in the field of education, so
they have a very strategic role in fostering national education. Ganesha University of Education has an
e-learning web portal as a medium for exchanging educational information. The portal is equipped with
various materials from lecturers or even students. If the web portal is equipped with other service
facilities needed by the world of education, such as software for testing quantitative research
instruments, the Ganesha University of Education's role as a center for educational information
transactions will be more complete. This research will produce quantitative research instrument testing
software that can be used by teachers, student teacher candidates, or other education practitioners.
This software can be used easily, and even the user does not have to have sufficient evaluation skills.
The test results provided include instrument validity, instrument reliability, and other calculations
deemed necessary. The instrument being tested can be a dichotomous or polytomic instrument
