ANALISIS YURIDIS FRASA MEMBIARKAN DALAM PASAL 76C UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 35 TAHUN 2014 TENTANG PERLINDUNGAN ANAK

Abstract
The research was conducted in order to (1) find out how child protection is based on the interpretation of the phrase let in Article 76C Law No. 2014 concerning Child Protection. The type of research used is normative legal research, with the nature of qualitative descriptive research. The data collection method used is the library method and then the data obtained is analyzed descriptively qualitatively so as to reveal the expected results and conclusions on the problems. The research resulted in (1) the phrase letting contained in Article 76C of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection is aimed at all Indonesian people, to prevent acts of violence against children and the purpose of making the Child Protection Act is to provide legal protection up-to-date to children as the future generation of the nation's future. From the community, even to state officials, they have an obligation to pay off legal protection for children. (2) The limitation of the phrase let contained in Article 76C of Law no. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection can be seen from the sound of the article which states that this phrase can only be used in the context of child abuse. The meaning conveyed from this sentence is that if there is a child who experiences bullying, then the phrase cannot be used because basically the phrase let in Article 76C is intended for children who experience acts of violence.
