Abstract

With the development of technology, the traditional marketing system previously relied upon by the Segara Gunung Fishermen's Group has become irrelevant, resulting in dependence on middlemen and a low selling price for fishery products. To overcome this problem, a community service program was implemented through direct training that equipped fishermen with the skills to independently build and manage promotional websites using the Google Sites platform. This training program successfully achieved its main objectives of significantly improving the fishermen's digital literacy and creating a modern, practical, and easily accessible marketing platform. The strategic implications of this training program are an increase in the competitiveness of local fishery products and an expansion of market reach, which can pave the way for better economic welfare for coastal communities.
