Abstract
This article discusses the Existence and Functions of the Legal Authority of International Organizations. The available method is the library method of descriptive presentation and qualitative analysis by studying library materials such as books, papers, articles, and internet sites related to written objects. According to the results of the discussion, an International Organization created through a Collective Agreement on the main forms of instruments, any organization will have a legal personality in International Law. leadership is absolutely mandatory to enable the international organization to function in international relations. International Organizations are located as a forum for cooperation between countries that have the position, function and power of law, meaning that International Organizations have legal personality in international law which in essence can create various rights and obligations such as the ability to enter into international agreements.
