Implementasi Nilai Nilai Filosofi Pendidikan dalam Pembelajaran PPKn di SMA Negeri 1 Rantau Selatan

Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) plays a strategic role in shaping the character of democratic and responsible citizens. This study aims to examine the application of educational philosophical values in the PPKn learning process at SMA Negeri 1 Rantau Selatan. The method used was descriptive qualitative research through participatory observation and in-depth interviews using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted in stages, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the implementation of philosophical values occurs eclectically, combining elements from essentialism, progressivism, perennialism, and reconstructionism. Teachers have a sufficient understanding of philosophy as a foundation for learning, but internalization of values in students has not been optimal. Students tend to understand these values cognitively but experience obstacles in applying them to real life. This study recommends the need for more contextual, reflective, and authentic experience-based learning strategies
