PRINSIP KEHATI-HATIAN (PRUDENT BANKING PRINCIPLE) DALAM PEMBERIAN KREDIT KPR DI BANK BRI CABANG PURWOKERTO

Abstract
The purpose of this study, namely to determine the application of the prudent banking principle on mortgages at Bank BRI Purwokerto Branch. The approach method used in this research is empirical juridical with a statutory approach and a factual approach and descriptive analytical specifications. The material of this research is the implementation of the principle of prudence in mortgage financing at Bank BRI Purwokerto Branch. Data analysis used a qualitative approach. The results of the study conclude that the application of the precautionary principle is carried out by Bank BRI by conducting an analysis that is outlined in the form of an application analysis with the precautionary principle by carefully examining the files and customer data obtained. Prospective customers must meet a number of requirements for applying for a BRI mortgage that has been determined and a list form has been provided. Credit analysis is carried out by the analyst officer in order to provide an overview of the applicant's condition, the applicant's financial condition and the applicant's ability to pay as a consideration for the bank. Mortgage Credit Approval can be implemented after the applicant agrees and has signed the Credit Granting Principle Approval Letter (SP3K). The KPR Credit Approval document is made in 3 copies, at the time of implementation which must be signed by the prospective customer, it must be in front of the bank leadership and a notary.
