Abstract

Thisstudy aims to determine To determine the role of Traditional Villages in the Management of Village Credit Institutions according to Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2017 concerning Village Credit Institutions To determine the effectiveness of Awig-awig Traditional Telaga Villages in the Management of Village Credit Institutions in Telaga Village, Busungbiu District, Buleleng Regency. This type of research uses empirical juridical methods. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling. based on the results of the research, the Traditional Village plays a role in maintaining and developing the system and implementation of Customary Law in this case in the form of Awig-awig, based on an interview the existence of the awig- awig of the Telaga Traditional Village regarding the LPD that has governed the community is considered less efective.
