PENGARUH DESAIN PESAN E-LEARNING TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR: PENDEKATAN SECOND ORDER The Influence of E-Learning Message Design on Learning Outcomes: A Second Order Approach

Abstract
This study aims to determine the role of second-order e-learning message design in influencing learning outcomes. E-learning message design consists of four dimensions: the principle of readiness and motivation, the principle of perception, the principle of memory, and the perception of learning concepts. This study was designed using a quantitative approach and conducted on 174 students of Universitas Pendidikan Nasional Denpasar who took the Entrepreneurship course, using an ex-post facto approach. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the WarpPLS 7.0 program. The results of the study show that e-learning message design, which consists of the principle of readiness and motivation, the principle of perception, the principle of memory, and the perception of learning concepts, has a significant direct effect on students' learning outcomes. The principle of memory has the most dominant influence on e-learning message design. This means that when lecturers design e-learning messages with examples, illustrations, analogies, models, and diagrams, it positively impacts students' learning outcomes
