Plagiarism Policy

Jurnal Pendidikan dan Pembelajaran Matematika Indonesia is committed to maintaining academic integrity and ensuring the originality of all published articles. All manuscripts submitted to JPPMI will be screened using Turnitin to identify similarities with previously published works and other available sources.

The maximum permissible similarity index is 25%. Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding 25% will be returned to the authors for revision or may be rejected by the editor, depending on the screening results.

The assessment of plagiarism is not based solely on the similarity percentage but also considers the context and sources of the similarities, including quotations, references, common terminology, and potential instances of text use without adequate attribution.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts are original, properly citing sources, and including all references used. Plagiarism, including improperly undisclosed self-plagiarism, is unacceptable.

The editor reserves the right to request revisions or reject manuscripts if plagiarism or violations of publication ethics are identified. The final decision will be made based on the screening results and editorial assessment.
