Concerned with the rise of plagiarism, fraud, and misconduct in academic publishing, the Editor, Associate Editors, and Editorial Board of this journal have given their official endorsement to the position statements for editors and authors that were developed at the 2nd World Conference on Research Integrity, which took place in Singapore in 2010.

Editors and reviewers of the Journal will ensure that articles submitted to the journal are unique and have never been published elsewhere. Manuscripts will be read fairly and objectively, and authors will receive corrections and comments as soon as possible, based on reviewer availability and skill.
