In learning PJOK class VIII at SMP Raj Yamuna School with a short time limit, it is important to increase the effectiveness of learning by using learning media that attracts students' learning interest. This study aims to develop learning media in the form of video tutorials with shooting basketball material to support in class VIII at SMP Raj Yamuna School so as to create an interactive and effective video tutorial in increasing students' understanding and skills in shooting  basketball techniques. The research method used is development with the AM3PU3 model which consists of the stages of needs analysis, finding problems, studying theory and studying empirical data. After the M3 stage, the next stage is draft development. The research subjects included learning content experts, learning media experts, instructional design experts, as well as individual students, small groups, and field trials. After going through validation from media experts a total score of 53.50, learning design content experts 50.50, individual trials 91.66%, small group trials 90.77% and field trials 90%, the video tutorial is considered feasible for use in learning The results of the t-test showed that there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest averages. Student learning outcomes after using video tutorials have increased, with an average posttest score of 90.57 above the KKM PJOK subject. By implementing video tutorials as support for blended learning, learning becomes more effective in improving student achievement at the Raj Yamuna School Middle School.
