We are pleased to present this issue featuring five insightful articles that collectively explore data-driven decision-making, the integration of local wisdom, community engagement, and quality management in education. This collection highlights the growing importance of leadership, culture, and institutional capacity in shaping effective educational practices. Several contributions emphasize the role of local wisdom—such as Sasak traditions and Ngayah culture—in enhancing university autonomy, school management, and parental involvement, reflecting the deep connection between education and cultural values in Indonesia.
