Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk secara sistematis mengevalusi bagaimana kontribusi etnosains terhadap pembelajaran IPA yang menumbuhkan karakter cinta lingkungan bagi siswa di sekolah dasar. Metodologi yang diterapkan adalah Review Literature Systematis (RSL) terhadap tiga puluh artikel yang terbit antara tahun 2021 hingga 2025 yang diambil melalui Google Scholar. Temuan dari kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran IPA berbasis etnosains memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap karakter cinta lingkungan terhadap mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam. Etnosains berperan penting menumbuhkan karakter cinta lingkungan pada siswa sekolah dasar melalui pengintegrasian nilai budaya lokal dalam pembelajaran IPA. Meskipun demikian, beberapa dari kajian juga mengungkapkan tantangan seperti kurangnya pengetahuan guru dan fasilitas pendukung. Secara keseluruhan, ethnoscience terbukti efektif dalam mengembangkan karakter cinta lingkungan dan memperkuat identitas budaya para siswa.
