Review Process Policy
Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris Indonesia applies a double-blind peer-review process to maintain the quality, originality, and academic integrity of published articles.
All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial screening by the editorial team to assess their relevance to the journal's focus and scope, compliance with the Author Guidelines, originality, and suitability for peer review. Manuscripts that pass this screening are assigned to qualified reviewers with relevant expertise.
The identities of authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the review process. Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on originality, relevance, theoretical foundation, research methodology, data analysis, discussion, quality of references, and contribution to the field of English language education.
Based on the reviewers' recommendations and the editor's assessment, a manuscript may be accepted, accepted subject to revisions, returned for minor or major revisions, or rejected. Authors must address the reviewers' comments appropriately and submit revised manuscripts within the timeframe specified by the editorial team.
The editor makes the final publication decision by considering the reviewers' recommendations, the quality of the revised manuscript, and the journal's editorial standards.
