Post-Publication Discussion Policy
Jurnal Penelitian dan Evaluasi Pendidikan Indonesia encourages constructive, evidence-based, and respectful scholarly discussion of articles published in the journal. Post-publication discussion allows readers and researchers to clarify findings, examine research methods, offer alternative interpretations, and contribute to the advancement of educational research, measurement, assessment, and evaluation.
Readers and researchers may submit comments, scholarly critiques, or questions concerning published articles to the Editorial Team. Submissions must be relevant to the published article, supported by appropriate evidence or academic arguments, and written in a professional and respectful manner. Personal attacks, defamatory statements, and unsupported allegations will not be accepted.
The Editorial Team will assess each submission for relevance, academic merit, and compliance with publication ethics. Where appropriate, the authors of the original article will be given an opportunity to respond. Accepted discussions and responses may be published at the discretion of the editor, following editorial assessment or peer review when necessary.
If a discussion raises concerns about factual errors, research integrity, plagiarism, data reliability, or other ethical issues, the journal will investigate the matter in accordance with its publication ethics policies. Appropriate action may include publishing a correction, an expression of concern, or a retraction, depending on the nature and seriousness of the issue.
All post-publication discussions will be handled fairly, transparently, and impartially, with due consideration for the evidence presented and the rights of all parties involved. The journal is committed to preserving the accuracy, credibility, and integrity of the scholarly record.
